Let me start off by giving a huge shoutout to Sarah! She manages the office and will typically be the person you will speak to first. She is amazing at her job. I had so many questions for her and she answered all of them without ever making me feel like I was bothering her. She is really good at listening and understanding exactly what you want, then helping you find the package that best fits your needs. My goal was to get a full front PPF, Tint, chrome delete, and powder coated wheels. I also ended up getting ceramic coating after Minor suggested it, and I am so glad I did. Sarah even through in some leather protection with the ceramic. That extra protection makes me feel better about leaving my car in the hot sun when needed and it makes washing the car so much easier. After meeting with Sarah, she walked me through all of my options and helped me decide what the best route would be to make my vision a reality. Even when I kept jumping back and forth between the tint percentages, she stayed patient and helped me figure it out what would work best.They have taken care of everything on my car since their initial work.. I have brought it back a few times because I wanted American Flag decals on my windows, a decal over my front Lexus logo to black it out and I wanted my badges on the back removed so they could put in a black Lexus logo decal instead of the chrome one it came with.. I brought them all of the parts and pieces to do it, and they installed them all perfectly.I've added an image to help people see where my car started from to where the team at Auto Pro Detailing helped me take it.They keep telling me "if there are any issues, let us know and we will take care of you" and they have always done just that. There are so many places that do this work, but I am very glad that I picked Auto Pro Detailing as my spot. I couldn't be happier.
