Auto Pro Detailing provides automotive appearance and protection services at our Dublin, CA and Fremont, CA locations. Service descriptions, pricing, and estimates provided on our website or through our contact/estimate forms are approximate and may be adjusted after an in-person inspection of your vehicle, based on its actual condition.

Appointments, Estimates & Cancellations

- Estimates requested through our website are not final quotes. Final pricing is confirmed after our team inspects the vehicle.
- Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee for repeated late cancellations, at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, equipment issues, staffing, etc.).

Vehicle Condition & Liability

- Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to service. Auto Pro Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
- While we take great care with every vehicle, some services (such as paint correction, PPF, or ceramic coating) may reveal pre-existing conditions in the vehicle's paint, clear coat, or trim that were not visible before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or paint conditions that affect the outcome of a service.
- Any concerns about your vehicle's condition should be raised with our team before service begins.

Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating & Window Tinting

- These services are installed according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Results may vary depending on the vehicle's existing paint condition, prior treatments, and environmental factors after installation.
- Any product warranty (PPF, ceramic coating, or tint film) is provided by the manufacturer, where applicable, and is separate from these Terms. Ask our team for details on manufacturer warranties available for your service.
- Care instructions provided at the time of service must be followed to maintain the integrity and warranty (if any) of the product installed.

Payment

- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept the payment methods listed at our facilities or communicated at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your appointment will apply to that service.
